Join us for a fun and informative field day and learn how to identify, monitor and manage invasive plants. This will be an outdoor event so be prepared to hike, and dress appropriately for the current weather conditions. We will tour a privately owned property and learn how to identify a variety of invasive species such as autumn olive and honeysuckle. We will also discuss control techniques and observe completed control projects. The tour will be led by Brandon Bleuer with Southwest Badger RC&D and Allissa Reynolds with the Kickapoo Woods Cooperative.
The event is free to all participants. No registration required.
Sunday June 3rd, 1-3 pm
