Education events are supported by grants and donations

KWC is a vibrant cooperative due to the excellent support from our partners and members. You can help by donating your skills, time, or by making a financial contribution to our Education Program.   In an effort to keep programs affordable and many times free of charge, support from our members and outside sources is necessary.

Help keep KWC Education Programs Accessible to all:

  • Share your knowledge and skills by sponsoring or volunteering at  a KWC education workshop.

To Donate your skills please contact:
608-606-5815, 608-606-1445 or send us an email at

  • Financial Donations are always helpful and go a long ways toward promoting the goal of sustainable land management in the Driftless region. Financial contributions are welcome and encouraged to be earmarked for specific causes.  Contact our Education Coordinator for more information.

To make a monetary donation to KWC please mail a check to:

We are always looking for places to host events. Would you like to show off your hard work, or just meet new friends? Consider hosting a workshop or hike.

Volunteer opportunities can be anything from staffing the booth at local fairs, to providing logs for the Shiitake Mushroom Workshop.

Have you applied forestry practices on your land?  The best way to help others succeed is to share your success and failures with other members.
